Ruslan Aposrolov graduated from the Haute Ecole de Musique de Lausanne/Music University - Lausanne (Switzerland) with “Master of Interpretation” and “Master Soloist” degrees at Haute Ecole de Musique – Lausanne (Switzerland) in the class of Prof. Sergiu Schwartz, he received an “Artist Diploma” at Schwob School of Music - Columbus State University (USA) in the class of Prof.Sergiu Schwartz. Ruslan has studied also with Mincho Minchev (Essen,Germany), Bartek Niziol (Concertmaster of Zurich Opera, Switzerland), Gerhard Shultz (Vienna/Austria, member of Alban Berg Quartet), Pavel Vernikov (Israel), Donk Suk Kang (South Korea) and others.
Ruslan Apostolov is a winner of national and international competitions, including “Musica Insieme” (Italy) – first prize; Winner of Schwob concerto international competition (USA) “Prof. Nedyalka Simeonova” (Bulgaria) - special prizes; international competition “Hope. Talents. Masters” (Bulgaria) - first prize; international competition “Vasko Abadjiev” (Bulgaria) – special prize, and others.
Mr. Apostolov has been a soloist of Lausanne Chamber Orchestra (Switzerland), soloist and concertmaster of Ludwig Symphony Orchestra (Atlanta), soloist and concertmaster of Columbus State University Symphony Orchestra, soloist and concertmaster of River City Chamber Players (Columbus, GA), soloist and concertmaster of chamber orchestra "Orfey" (Bulgaria), soloist of the Sliven, Razgrad and Vidin Symphoby Orchestras in Bulgaria, and others. He has recorded for the Bulgarian National Radio and Bulgarian National Television and has participated in the International Music Festival "Sofia Music Weeks" and in chamber music projects between Vienna Conservatory (Vienna,Austria), Royal Conservatory of Liege (Belgium), Haute Ecole de Music de Lausanne (Switzerland).
Ruslan Apostolov is the Director of Koart Academy of Music, Director of Concert Series and Artist in residence at First Baptist Church Columbus GA.
He has performed on the stages in Bulgaria, Greece, Hungary, Czech Republic, Poland, France, Italy, Austria, England, Netherlands, Belgium, Switzerland, and the United States.
