Frank Dodd serves Westminster Presbyterian Church (Lancaster, PA) as full-time Director of Music & Organist. A native of western Pennsylvania, Frank is a graduate of Grove City College where he received his bachelor’s degree in music education. He holds a master’s degree in organ performance from the Yale University Institute of Sacred Music, where he studied with the much-lauded Professor Thomas Murray. Prior to his work in church ministry, Frank spent the first 7 years of his career as a music educator (K-12) in private Christian schools in central Pennsylvania. At Westminster Church, he oversees a robust music ministry that includes choirs for all ages, instrumental ensembles, and the Westminster Music concert series. Of the instrumental ensembles at the church, he directs two handbell choirs for both beginner and experienced ringers. Frank is an active member of the Lancaster Chapter of the American Guild of Organists and makes his home in Lancaster with his wife, Emily, and their two daughters.
